Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Analyst on our careerzynith Data Entry team, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing card member account renovations, inquiries, and requests for credit balance refunds, Express Cash, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market.
  • Handling customer requests for consumer customers within special timeframes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations of credit balance refund requests, analyzing available information to prevent losses to the enterprise.
  • Providing meaningful expertise and ongoing support to operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • Responding to all customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining a customer-first ethos and adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bank-end operations.
  • A proven track record of excellent customer service skills, with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience with systems such as Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Green Monitors is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with systems such as Triumph, CLIC, GSP, IVU, Monocle, and Green Monitors.

  • Strong knowledge of bank-end operations, with a focus on credit balance refunds, Express Cash, reconciliation, and remediation.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
