Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries. You will work closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain complete customer/patient confidentiality for all health, personal, and other customer information
  • Provide professional, respectful, and empathetic customer service
  • Effectively respond to all customer inquiries received by various digital methods
  • Supports all client group(s) based on business needs

Requirements

* 1-year related customer service experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Good digital skills, including computer, phone systems, chat, automation, and AI
