Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, handling a high volume of calls, conducting telephone screenings, and engaging in positive interactions to meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a large volume of calls, both inbound and outbound, to provide exceptional customer experiences

  • Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs and preferences
  • Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers
  • Utilize computer navigation skills to navigate our systems and tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • Eligible to work in the US
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Reliable and willing to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
