Job Summary

As a Remote Social Media Customer Care Agent, you will play a vital role in engaging consumers on careerzynith's various social media properties, providing pre-purchase guidance, offering post-purchase support, and fostering positive interactions that drive brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
