The Role

As a Full Stack Insurance Sales Professional, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our Inbound Customer Sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and online chats with a focus on providing personalized solutions, resolving issues, and upselling relevant products
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored recommendations to meet their requirements
  • Utilizing expert sales skills to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close sales, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, resolve complex issues, and drive business growth
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and guidance to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service expertise

The Experience and Skills You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 12 months consecutive sales experience in a targeted environment (not retail)
  • A driven mindset with strong sales skills, a love for hitting targets, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport, listen to customers, and demonstrate empathy when needed
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience, with an unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and other technology platforms to manage customer interactions and sales performance

Schedule and Work Environment

* 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

  • 5-week rota, with flexibility to work between 8am and 8pm, including 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in every 5 weekends
  • Remote work arrangement, with the option to work from home and balance your time between our remote office and home
