Job Description

As a Marketing Data and Customer Engagement Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects that will challenge your skills and help you grow as a professional. Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the department with current projects or assignments as required

• Focus on Marketing Data and Customer Engagement to help define marketing customer journeys and bring alignment and awareness across Marketing, Media, and Data
• Support ROI tracking and metrics for optimization and scaling opportunities
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and challenges
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports as required

Essential Qualifications:

* Master's-level student in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and digital marketing platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

* Understanding of Marketing Automation to support operational efficiencies

• Familiarity of or experience working with Teams and SharePoint
• Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization, including Senior Leadership
• Knowledge of Adobe and AI tools, Digital Marketing and Prospect and Customer Databases
