The Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - CX Solutions, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to careerzynith customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Working independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support and solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home office environment
  • Reliable private internet connection (not supplied by cellular data or hotspot)
  • A private network that is password protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
