Essential Functions

As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experiences through inbound phone calls. This is not a call center job; you'll be working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our policies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Obtaining and Maintaining Your Property and Casualty License: We'll support you in obtaining and maintaining your license, helping you build a successful career in the insurance industry.
  • Working Independently: You'll be responsible for managing your own workload and prioritizing your tasks, with minimal supervision.
  • Maintaining Regular and Timely Attendance: You'll be expected to maintain regular and timely attendance, with flexibility to manage your schedule.
  • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: You'll be responsible for making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Holding to an Ethical Standard: You'll be expected to maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity in your work.

Requirements

To succeed as a work-from-home Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Designated Space and Internet Capability: You'll need a dedicated workspace and reliable internet access to work from home.
  • Able to Pass a Background Check: You'll be required to pass a background check as a condition of employment.
  • Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite Experience: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office or G-Suite, with experience in customer service software.
  • 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: You'll need at least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
