QA Automation Test Lead with Medicaid/MMIS - 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy, planning, and execution for Medicaid/MMIS applications
• Design and review test plans, test cases, test data, and test scenarios across modules (claims, eligibility, enrollment, provider)
• Coordinate Product QA,MO, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration testing activities
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
• • Lead defect tracking, triage, and resolution
• Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, HIPAA, and state Medicaid regulations
• . Support test automation initiatives and process improvements
• Support QA teams and ensure delivery timelines and quality standards
• Drive test automation and process improvements
• Provide status reporting and ensure adherence to timelines

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in QA/testing, with strong Medicaid/MMIS experience
• Strong knowledge of claims processing and eligibility systems
• Experience with test management tools
• Experience working on manual and automated testing methodologies
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent leadership, analytical, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with EDI transactions (X12-837, 834, etc.) Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) Prior experience in MMIS implementations or modernization projects (Preferred)
