Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns
  • Proactively identifying and resolving customer issues, escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff as needed
  • Providing technical support to customers navigating our online platform, pharmacy.careerzynith.com
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

Key Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a private, distraction-free home environment with dedicated focus on customers during work hours
  • Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed, with a minimum of 2 weeks' notice
  • Reliable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 6+ months of professional experience working with computers and online tools

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 1+ years of relevant customer support experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment
  • Experience working with technology, including computers, software, and online platforms
