Description

Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects and book qualified appointments.
Follow established scripts and sales processes to secure appointments.
Log calls, interactions, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
Handle objections and maintain a high conversion rate.
Work scheduled calling hours while managing a full-time remote workload.
Coordinate appointment-setting efforts for licensed sales agents.

Requirements

2+ years of recent outbound appointment-setting experience.
Recent phone-based appointment-setting experience in field or virtual sales.
Must reside and work in the United States.
Ability to commit to at least 35 hours per week on a full-time basis.
Strong communication skills and confidence handling objections.
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
High-speed computer or laptop; Google Chromebooks are not accepted.
Headset required.
Experience in inbound-only or customer service roles is not sufficient.
Must be able to work within assigned calling windows.
