Telecom Outside Plant Project Manager
This is a remote position. Position: Project Manager Location: Remote Engineering Excellence. Accelerating Network Deployments. We're looking for a Project Manager who combines technical precision with a collaborative spirit. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. What You’ll Do:
- Plan and manage telecoms projects from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Coordinate project activities across cross‑functional teams and ensure timely communication and reporting.
- Manage project changes and scope creep to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project status reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and improvement of project management methodologies and tools.
You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering or computer science.
- 5+ years of experience in telecoms project management.
- Strong knowledge of telecoms networks and technologies.
- Experience with project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
